Shipping policy

At Damara Brand, we’re all about creating a comfort-first experience and that includes your shipping experience. We offer complimentary shipping on most items, but with new partners joining us, some products may ship differently. Here’s everything you need to know: 

Processing Time: Good things come to those who wait (but not too long!). Orders typically process within 1–5 business days. Some handmade or specialty items may take longer—please refer to each product’s description for details.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons, there may be slight delays, and we appreciate your patience!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method available for each item.

  • Most items ship free, but some products fulfilled by our partners may include additional shipping fees or different delivery timelines.

  • Standard delivery usually takes from 3–15 business days, depending on the item and location.

While our fulfillment partners work hard to get your order to you on time, occasional delays can happen—we’ll keep you informed.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details typically become active after the order is processed.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: While we currently only ship within the United States, some products are fulfilled by international partners. In very rare cases, this may result in customs fees, duties, or local taxes, even for domestic orders. These fees are determined by the shipping carrier or U.S. Customs and are the customer’s responsibility. If you have any questions about this, don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re here to help!

Damages: We want your order to arrive in perfect condition. If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
That said, we’re happy to support you—reach out to our team with photos of the packaging and item, and we’ll help guide you through the process.
Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods until your claim is resolved.

International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside the United States. Orders placed for international addresses may be canceled or subject to additional verification.

Packaging: We're committed to creating better experiences—for you and the planet. While some of our packaging isn't yet where we want it to be, we’re actively partnering with suppliers who share our values and are moving toward more sustainable solutions.
