We want you to love your purchase! While we don't accept returns, we're happy to offer exchanges if you need a different size or if your item arrives damaged or defective. Your satisfaction and comfort are our priority.

If you are unsure about sizing or product details, we're here to help! Please remember that most of our items come from countries where sizes are smaller. Contact us before purchasing for guidance.

Exchange Timeframes: Clothing Items, including slippers: Must be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Other Items: Must be exchanged within 30 days. Please check your product or send us a note if you have questions.

First Exchange Shipping is On Us! We'll cover the shipping cost for your first exchange as a thank-you for trusting us! After the first exchange, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no extra cost even if is not the first order.

  • Please, email support@damarabrand.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include clear photos showing the damage from multiple angles, including the packaging.
  • We'll process your replacement as quickly as possible!

Store Credit Option: If you don't want an exchange, we offer store credit as an alternative! That way, you can pick something else you'll love.

Conditions for Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Sent back within the exchange window (14 or 25 days, depending on item type). Items that were delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible, please see below. Exchanges will be processed when the original item is received.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items: Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products. Custom-made or personalized items

Address Issues & Lost Packages: If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address. However, if a package is lost due to a carrier issue, we'll work with you to solve the issue, no worries, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Out-of-Stock Exchanges: If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we'll offer you store credit or the option to choose a different item of equal value.

Restocking Fee: In most cases, we do not charge a restocking fee. However, for high-value items, multiple exchanges, or special circumstances, a small fee may apply to cover handling costs..

Fraud Prevention & Policy Abuse: We review all exchange requests carefully. If we notice patterns of misuse, we may limit or deny future exchanges to protect our business and loyal customers.
